  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways.
  • How do I track my order? We will notify you through the info@northyorkcosmos.com when your order is ready for pick-up. Since these orders are being processed in bulk please be patient. We do our best to get them to you within 3 weeks to receive your order.
  • Where do I pick up my order? The North York Cosmos will inform you via email when your order is ready for pick up. The product pick ups will take place at the North York Cosmos clubhouse, located at 1315 Lawrence Ave E Unit #304, North York, ON M3A 3R3.
  • What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the nature of the apparel and accessories being customized for the Cosmos and/or yourself, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges allowed.
  • Do you offer shipping? At this time, we do not offer shipping options. The North York Cosmos will inform you via email when your order is ready for pick up. The product pick ups will take place at the North York Cosmos clubhouse, located at 1315 Lawrence Ave E Unit #304, North York, ON M3A 3R3.
  • How can I contact customer support? Our customer support team is available to assist you via our online contact form. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Do you answer questions about the North York Cosmos Soccer Club? If it is related to apparel & accessories, we are excited to help you with your questions through our online contact form. However, any other questions you might have must be directed to the North York Cosmos organizers at info@northyorkcosmos.com.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? Once an order is placed, it is processed to ensure prompt shipping. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order and we will try our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.
  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? Please contact us through our online contact form before processing for team bulk orders.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping services? At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
